Privacy Policy
How Evential handles data across Sponsor Discovery and the Event Dashboard. Last updated: 5/31/2026.
1. Who we are
Evential, LLC ("Evential", "we", "us") provides sponsor discovery and event analytics tools for event organizers. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. Questions: contact@evential.co.
2. What we collect
Sponsor Discovery. Company sponsorship information is compiled from public sources (event websites, sponsor pages, press releases and company sites). When you create an account or export data, we collect your name, email and billing details.
Event Dashboard. During an event, BLE badges and gateway sensors capture movement signals — check-ins, booth visits, dwell time and session attendance. Movement data is anonymous by default: we track badge identifiers, not personal identities. A badge is only linked to a person's contact details when that attendee explicitly opts in to become a lead for a sponsor.
3. How we use it
To provide sponsor rankings and contact routes, to generate sponsor ROI reports and event analytics, to operate and improve the service, to process payments, and to communicate with you. We do not sell personal data.
4. Sharing
Opt-in lead data is shared with the specific event sponsor the attendee chose to engage with. We use service providers (hosting, payments, analytics) under contract. We may disclose data where required by law.
5. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)
Depending on your location you may request access, correction, deletion or portability of your personal data, and may object to certain processing. Event organizers using the dashboard are provided with GDPR and CCPA notice and consent templates. To exercise rights, email contact@evential.co.
6. Retention & security
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards.
7. Changes
We'll update this policy as the product evolves and post the revised date above.
