1. Acceptance
By using Evential you agree to these terms. If you're using it for an organization, you confirm you're authorized to bind that organization.
2. The service
Floor Measurement provides smart-badge measurement and exhibitor performance reports under an event-specific written coverage plan. Sponsor Discovery lets you search and view sponsor information for free; exporting lists is billed per row. Pricing is described on our pricing page, but the signed coverage plan controls an event engagement.
3. Acceptable use
Use the data for legitimate sponsorship outreach and event operations. Don't scrape, resell or redistribute the database, send unlawful communications, or misuse exported contact information. Outreach must comply with applicable anti-spam and privacy laws.
4. Billing
The coverage plan defines the billable attendee count, covered footprint, included hardware and logistics, event-specific costs, payment timing and cancellation terms. Sponsor Discovery export charges are due as incurred. Fees are non-refundable except where the applicable written agreement or law provides otherwise.
5. Data accuracy
Sponsor data is compiled from public sources and may include estimated or modeled fields, which we label where applicable. We don't guarantee any sponsorship outcome and provide the data "as is" for your own evaluation.
6. Intellectual property
Evential and its content are owned by Evential, LLC. You're granted a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service for your own events.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evential isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the prior 12 months.
