Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using Evential you agree to these terms. If you're using it for an organization, you confirm you're authorized to bind that organization.

2. The service

Sponsor Discovery lets you search and view sponsor information for free; exporting lists is billed per row. The Event Dashboard provides live event analytics and sponsor ROI reports, billed per attendee per event, with an optional automations subscription. Pricing is described on our pricing page and may change with notice.

3. Acceptable use

Use the data for legitimate sponsorship outreach and event operations. Don't scrape, resell or redistribute the database, send unlawful communications, or misuse exported contact information. Outreach must comply with applicable anti-spam and privacy laws.

4. Billing

Export charges and per-attendee fees are due as incurred; the automations subscription bills monthly until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Data accuracy

Sponsor data is compiled from public sources and may include estimated or modeled fields, which we label where applicable. We don't guarantee any sponsorship outcome and provide the data "as is" for your own evaluation.

6. Intellectual property

Evential and its content are owned by Evential, LLC. You're granted a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service for your own events.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evential isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the prior 12 months.
