The system captured comprehensive attendee movement data across every session, booth and common area, surfacing patterns the organizers had never been able to quantify before.

Key findings

39% no-show rate with a measurable geographic predictor, attendees traveling 50+ miles were 3× more likely to not show up.
$507 in preventable food waste identified from a single event based on actual vs. planned attendance.
Persistent spatial asymmetry between two parallel session rooms, one consistently at 90%+ capacity while the adjacent room ran under 25%, a pattern nobody had quantified before.
Badge signal held a 4.6-second average frequency across all zones with zero dead spots, despite shared public Wi-Fi and no advance venue testing.
Badge-to-badge proximity data captured networking density in the dining area, peaking during lunch with 34 simultaneous interactions detected.
