We use Stripe for all payment processing. By adding a card to your account, you authorize Evential to charge for subscription fees and lead report generation costs. All sales of digital lead reports are final once downloaded.
The Evential platform, including its proprietary analytics engines and dashboard interface, is the exclusive property of Evential. You retain ownership of your event-specific data.
Evential is provided "as is." We do not guarantee 100% accuracy in proximity tracking due to variables in venue environments (e.g., signal interference). We are not liable for any business decisions made based on platform analytics.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or participate in fraudulent activities. You may delete your data and account at any time through the settings panel.
